FRIDAY FASHION LINK UP: POLKA DOT DRESS

Dress: Beyond the Rack // Shoes: Zulily // Necklace: F21//  Purse: Juicy Couture // Sunnies: TJ Maxx
This dress and these shoes just arrived in the mail about a week and a half ago from Zulily and Beyond the Rack. I am a huge fan of polka-dots, so I have already worn this dress a few times already. What I love about this dress besides the all over polka-dot print is the light material and how comfortable it is. My Dad picked out the shoes. These shoes are so comfortable which is so nice because I am on my feet a lot throughout the day at work. I also love the black and tan color detail which makes them look different.

Hope you lovelies have a great day and a fabulous weekend!!

Make sure you link up your outfits below!

DRESALE

Dresale offers a large variety of wedding dress, party dresses, special occasion dresses and shoes.  Dresale contacted me and asked me to write some of my opinions about the cocktail dress that is featured below. In my opinion, I think that the dress is very different looking with the partial sheer fabric on the front, back and sleeves. Of course I am going to say I love the color because its black, but it would be nice to see it come in others too besides just black. Maybe red, blue, pink, etc. Would this be a dress that I would choose to wear out? Probably not, because it's not really my style and is not modest enough for me. I think the dress would look really elegant if it was floor length with a slight slit on the left side and minus the cutouts on each side of the dress too. Overall, its a pretty dress but it wouldn't be something that I would personally pick out for myself.

Here are some shoes that I think would go great with this dress:
Glitter Pumps
Peep Toe Sling Back Heels
Peep Toe Heel

Dress First

When I was in High School, I always got super excited when September and October started creeping up. Especially October because that is my birthday month. October 3rd. Make sure you mark your calendars. I would get excited because it meant homecoming and prom time. Time to wait for that lucky guy to ask me to prom, time to pick out a dress, shoes, accessories, and clutch, time to get all dolled up, time to dance, time to talk, laugh and have a great time with friends. I wouldn't say that I miss High School, but I definitely miss all the fun times with my friends and the experiences I had. There are a few that I will never forget...but we won't go into that right now. So lets talk about the dress. What did your dress look like for homecoming or prom? Sometimes its so hard to find that perfect dress that you love and that fits you perfectly. How much did you spend on your dress? I usually spent no more than $150 on a dress. One dress I remember wearing was a long silk turquoise dress. It was gorgeous and of course...if you know me well enough, it HAD to have some beading or sparkle to it. I couldn't find the picture I have of it, but it looked something like this.......

I loved that dress and I felt like a princess that night all dressed up and ready to have fun!

PB and J Boutique Product Review-Charm School Heels

Today I am so excited to introduce you guys to PB&J Boutique

PB&J Boutique is an ultra feminine online destination that carries unique clothing, shoes, and accessories.
When I first heard of the name of the boutique, the first thing that came to my mind was a PB&J sandwich! What about you?

So why PB&J for the name you ask?

Here is some information about PB&J Boutique......

Who is PB&J? We believe that she is a timeless woman who has a romantic eye and warm spirit. She dresses impeccable, but is always comfortable. You can find her par-oozing a vintage market or lounging at home with her nose in a book. She is very inspired by art, but her ultimate passion is traveling. What does PB&J mean? Some of our visitors mistakenly believe that we sell PB&J type ingredients…! However, the name PB&J originated from three very influential women in Erica, the founders life. Paula, Barbara & Jill are all women in business who have inspired Erica and have ultimately lead her to to her dream of opening a business of her own. PB&J was establish in 2009 by Erica and Martin, a husband and wife team, who reside in the city of Chico in beautiful Northern California. It is just about a decade ago since they first met in college and now they are running their own PB&J family business together.
While Erica has extensive expertise in retail Martin is the corporate computer consultant turned web shop technical handyman. They wanted to open an online boutique since it merged their retail and computer talents and they both share the excitement of running a quality family business together. Initially PB&J was only an online business, but recently the PB&J family expanded and opened their doors to the public at the new charming location in the beautiful La Dolce Piazza.

When I saw an email from Kayla with an opportunity to work with their company I was so excited!

Their stuff is sooo cute!!

She told me to send her over some links of some of my favorite products.

How could I choose just a couple?!?!
I literally chose an item or two from every category.

They decided to send me Charm School-Poetic License Heels

The picture on the website doesn't do any justice.

In person these heels are detailed, sparkly, comfortable and soft.

I wore them all day and they were so comfortable. You can tell they were really well made.

My Mom and I were shopping for a bit and I got a few compliments. "Oh your shoes are so cute!"

I would definitely recommend PB&J Boutique!!
