House Inspection

On Tuesday we had our home inspection to become foster parents. They explained in our training not to stress out about it, because no one passes. There is always some little thing that needs to be fixed or changed. Josh and I spent days, even weeks before getting our home in tip top shape to the exact way
that we wanted it to be for the inspection. When the inspector arrived, the first thing she said when she
walked in our home was "Wow...you have a lovely home here. Your home feels so peaceful. This will
be the perfect place for children..they will be very blessed" I almost shed a tear or two. That make me
feel so good that she felt that way about our home. The inspection took about 45 minutes. We only
have just some minor fixes like put a lock on the shed in the backyard and we need an actual lock
in the bathroom instead of just a "safeguard" lock. If everything goes as planned, we are looking to
get our first placement probably by the end of March early April (God willing) Our worlds are going
to be completely turned upside down. We are going to become parents within what seems like just
overnight. It's taken so much time to get to where we are right now. We are so ready for this to happen!
Please keep us in your prayers!
