Valentine's Day Nails

Love is in the air! Valentine's Day is just two days away. Josh and I are celebrating tomorrow night instead of Saturday because he has to work. Today I am going to get my nails done for our night out tomorrow. Here are some of my favorites that I found on Pinterest. My number one pick so far is the first picture. What do you think? I am sure that you saw my previous post showcasing the sweet little notes I left around the house for Josh to find. I also created this little handmade gift for him too. I came across the idea on Etsy  and knew I HAD to make it for Josh! I saved the image on my computer, printed it in color and taped it on the front of a large mason jar that we already had. Then I filled the jar with a bunch of Hershey's kisses and tied some pink  ribbon around it. I love the way it turned out. I know this will bring a big smile to Josh's face! XOXO

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!! 

I feel like Valentine's Day should be an accepted day off work...don't  you?!? Just a day to spend with your significant other or the people you love. Every year for Valentine's Day, I always buy Josh a gift(s) and then make something handmade for him. Last year, I made this for him and he loved it! All of my 52 reasons made him smile and a lot of them made him laugh. For this year, I came across this idea and decided to give it a little twist! While Josh was sleeping this morning, I placed all these sweet little notes around the house.

Valentines Day Outfit For a Night Out

Love is in the air! I am so excited that Valentine's Day is tomorrow! It has to be one of my favorite Holidays of the year. I love getting all dolled up and going out with Josh, but my favorite part of Valentines Day is doing little random acts of kindness to show others some love too! Yes..it's always great to get things, but I would rather put a smile on someone else's face! Here are my picks of what I would wear for a night out with Josh on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Gift Exchange

I participated in the Valentine’s Gift Exchange with Casey, Nicole, Lauren, Alycia, and Ashlee. 

Everyone who participated was paired up with someone else. 

I was paired up with Caitlin from Think Happy Thoughts. 

Each of us then had to buy a little something for each other for Valentine's Day.

I couldn't have asked for a better gift! 

My package included a necklace, giant Kit-Kat (my favorite!), nail polish, lip balm,

chocolate covered cookie pop, heart plate, and some Dark Raspberry Ghirardelli Chocolate.

  
Don't get me wrong...it's always nice to receive a gift, but the 

best part about this Valentine's gift exchange was the "giving" part. 

Being able to get something for someone 

else to make them happy and bring a smile to their face.

This is what makes me happy and brings a smile to my face.
