JUMP AROUND.
I recently had the opportunity to try out the TKO Jump Rope. Since I was a little girl, I have always loved to jump rope. Then it was for fun, now its to work those pounds off!
On the weekends, if the weather is nice, I love a good bike ride or for something quicker but still challenging and fun, like jump roping. Did you know that only 15 minutes will burn 170 calories??
What I love most about this jump rope is the soft grip handles and that it doesn't tangle.
