What Would You Like to Offer?

Yesterday my husband went out with our Realtor (while I was at work) and looked at a few homes that we selected. 
There was one in particular in Mesa that he fell in love with and says that it's perfect.

It's an updated one level 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with an added guest quarter which is perfect for my Dad. It also has a great backyard with a pool and lots of french doors throughout the house leading out to the backyard.
 I am a sucker for french doors! 

We are meeting with our Realtor at 10am this morning, so I can see 
what the house looks like and hopefully we will be putting an offer in!
